Heads of Valleys Retail Business Grant Independent retail businesses located in the Heads of the Valleys area of Caerphilly County Borough can now benefit from financial support to set up or expand. Eligibility Criteria: Businesses must be independent, have no more than 3 businesses of the same name in the County Borough and employ less than 10 people in each. The business must be located in the Heads of the Valleys area of Caerphilly County Borough and normally be situated in a town centre, although other street side locations can be considered. The business must provide at least one full time job. (Min 30 hours) (Other terms and conditions apply) Support available: Grants of up to 50% of eligible project costs to a maximum of £2,000 are available. LIF Grant Now Increased to £10,000 Maximum Grant The Local Investment Fund Grant which is available in 6 Local Authorities in South East Wales (including Caerphilly County Borough) is now available up to a maximum of £10,000.
